OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
At TAJU we are happy to offer you a return for change of mind on most full price merchandise.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 7days from the date of shipment.
Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Subject to the following conditions:
  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and to appear on your credit card statement.
 
 
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
  • Earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for change of mind.
  • Personalised. Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for change of mind.
  • Discounted Items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
 
 
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
Please email info@taju.com.au including your first and last name and order number.
Once reviewed we will email you to send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
 
 
OUR FAULTY ITEM POLICY
All orders shipped are thoroughly inspected for any faults before dispatch. If you find any damages or faults to a product shipped to you, please report all faults within 24 hours of receiving them.
Email info@taju.com.au  with all faults and digital images of the issues found.
We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault and you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or refund.   
TAJU does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
Please be aware that some jewellery are metal/brass-made, which is stated in the product descriptions.
TAJU cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the jewellery.
