Please note that we do not refund but we will happily offer Store Credit for items you wish to return or exchange. In the case of faulty products, please email us at  within 7days to notify us, we will gladly replace, repair or refund. However we don’t issue refunds or exchange on Sale items, so please choose carefully.

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for Store credit which will allow you either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.

We accept full-priced items, return must be sent back within 14days of the customer receiving the item, please note that we do not issue refunds or exchange on sale items.


The items must: 

  •  be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, tags still attached. 

  •  not smell of perfume/deodorant , no makeup.

  •  original invoice included.

  •  For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, mobile cases or earrings cannot be returned.

Please note that returned items which are not received in their original condition will be automatically returned to the sender, please take due care when trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, our staffs reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

  • You may not come in person to return an item as our office is not open to the public.

  • Please use a traceable delivery method for all returns and insure your delivery for safe return to TAJU so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for loss or damage of the product during shipping.



Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. Therefore, if an exchange is desired, we will automatically issue store credit upon processing your return which can then be used to order a different colour or size of your original garment if available.

Colour Disclaimer

Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's colour on our website, actual colours may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences as well as photography lighting, subtle variations in colour and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable

Returning a Sale Item

Please note that sale Items are not exchangeable or returnable.

International returns 

For international returns, your items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. You will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your garments, excluding the shipping cost. You can then order your replacement items with your store credit and cover the cost of shipping with Paypal/credit card through the website. Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition as stated above will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.
